TERMS OF SERVICE

♢ By commissioning me you are in agreeance to my Terms of Service and abide by them

♦ If any of the rules are to be broken, the commissoner will receive a warning; if it is repetative they will be blacklisted. Therefore, not being able to receive future commissions/trades/adopts/art from me.

COMMISSIONS

♢ Payment is for a digital image that is custom made in accordance to the customers order. I do not send out physical items, therefore no shipments to the buyer will be made.

♢ My art / style is always changing / evolving. Pieces will always have their own unique outcome and may not look exactly like the examples that were provided. Please keep this in mind before commissioning me.♢ I will not draw controversial art.♢While I do offer NSFW, you must be able to provide proof of age with a valid ID which shows that you are 18 years of age or older. You are able to block everything but your birthday.♢ It is your responsibility to save your commission once it is done. I may upload the artwork with a marked version online, however, the unmarked version will be deleted after a certain time.♦ ==Unwatermarked versions of my artwork will be provided at the end of the commission and after payment has been received. ==♢ You may only request changes to your commission only if a mistake was made by me, the artist. Any information that was not specified in regards of reference/information will not be fixed. Therefore, please be clear on what you'd like.♢ Work in Progress art will be provided. I will provide a sketch and upon approval, I will then begin to line it. After it has been approved, any changes you would like made or accessories added will be an extra charge, depending on what it is.

Payment must be sent before I begin, sketches will be provided before I begin lining and with approval.

ARTIST / COMMISSIONER

♢ By commissioning me, you are not only purchasing my time but labor as well.
I retain all copyright over my work. This means I may use the art for reproduce or use the art as an image sample for sales/promotions.♢The commissioner is the only person who has the right to upload the work done for them on their sites as long as credit is given. This also falls upon them using it for any other personal reason.

You may not claim my work as yours.

ORDERING

♦ Please keep in mind♢ I am a full time student but also work on the weekends or right after classes. Not only this, I do have other things going on in my life that may affect me and how I feel. This does not mean I wont get to your art, I am asking for patience. You may ask me for updates but do not harass me about it.

== This means it may take me up to a month, two max, for your commission to be completed.==

♢ Please do not send me character descriptions of what you want. [This is only for those who order a custom design] You must provide a character with a full reference, not just a headshot.♢ Orders are first come first served. I do have a Trello that you may view if you wish to see the queue.♢ If for whatever reason I feel as though I cannot finish the commission, I will provide a refund [if payment was sent] or decline your order.

PAYMENT

♦ I only accept USD.♢Yes, paypal is accepted, as well as venmo and cashapp.♢ As I have mentioned, payment may be done up front, not after the commission is done. I will not start on lining the commission or coloring if payment has not been received.♢ **I do not do refunds after I have started on your commission. **
